Press jaws and press collars for ECO301 and ACO401

The pressing unit ECO301 uses special press jaws, adaptor jaws and press collars. All of them are programmed with their dimension, so that they just take the energy from the tool that is needed. So the pressing unit and the jaws are stressed lessed. Only by this optimised force control the ECO301 can provide the complete range from 12 mm to 108 mm.

For the pressing tool ACO401 Novopress developed a new range of press collars, able to cope with the extremly high force, the ACO401 provides. The ACO401 collars only fit to this machine and depending on the used pressing system they even have the VdS certification for fire extinguisher systems.
