Warranty Terms Our warranty services are based on professional and qualified maintenance of press tools, press jaws and press slings: 2-year warranty for all new press tools. The minimum warranty period begins with delivery of the product to the end-consumer. The delivery-date can be proven via the sales documentation. 3-year warranty for new press devices, intermediate jaws and press slings. Annual maintenance at our factory or an authorised specialised workshop (“Service Partner“) must be performed in order to  extend the warranty to 3 years. 5-year warranty for new press jaws. The condition regarding annual maintenance at our factory or an authorised specialised workshop (“Service Partner“) to extend the warranty to a maximum of  5 years applies here as well.
