Qualified tooling service means maximum safety for the press-fitting connection and an extended warranty time for your tooling of up to 5 years, as well.
Service trucks
This is our scope of mobile service:
Regularly, the Novopress Service trucks are located at wholesalers' plants all around Germany and Central Europe. Please contact your local wholesaler for the very next date being at his premises. Alternatively, you may contact Novopress directly for the next date being in your area. Separate schedules can be organized with yourselves for a minimum quantity of 10 Novopress press-fitting equipments being at site.

Maintenance intervals
Every 6 months:
UVV-VBG4, DIN VDE 0702-1 test for electrical safety.
Every 12 months:
Leave your tools for testing at any authorized Novopress workshop.
This is also important when it comes to extending the warranty period.
Your request for an appointed time with our service truck:
Fixed schedules can be made in advance. Please respect a sufficient lead time for your appointed time
