Novopress offers you a customer-friendly and comprehensive service. If you want to have your tool serviced or have a defect repaired, you have many options available to you so that you can quickly get back to work with a flawless tool. Use one of our service points, the Novopress workshop service or have the service vehicle come to you.

Important note: Do you have a defective battery and want to return it? Under no circumstances should you send batteries that you suspect (or could suspect) may be defective. Lithium batteries can cause fires if handled improperly or if defects occur suddenly. These fires reach very high temperatures, which can cause considerable damage to the surrounding area. It is not possible to assess remotely whether the battery/module should be sent for disposal or recycling, or whether it is defective or even critically defective. From a legal point of view, the responsibility for correct classification lies with the sender. To provide you with the best possible support if you suspect that a battery is defective, please contact our service department.
